This has changed over the years but, in honesty, I'val always enjoyed 10K races. They're not too far but far enough and there's plenty of'em. Every weekend you can find a 10K Race to entertain yourself.
A PR? I think my best 10K time was just about 39 minutes 50 seconds. But that was a few years ago... Now that's my 5K time!
